The Andrew K. Dwyer is a public charity dependent upon private donations to pursue its mission. With a Section 501c (3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service, all donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The Foundation does not pay any salaries and all administrative and program activities (except certain required legal compliance costs) have been donated by volunteers.

This enables the Foundation to direct contributions to its causes with a minimum of administrative burden or overhead.

A member of the Foundation’s Board is assigned responsibility for championing and supervising each grant ensuring that the Foundation’s grants are used for the intended purposes and used wisely.

The Foundation welcomes gifts of any size and values the participation of its donors as a measure of it success.
